It would be entitled “C02 Emissions by U.S. Industrial Sector“, provide data by year, and include not only average but also standard deviation to get a sense for variation among firms. I think it could be done using Carbon Disclosure Project data.

[Clearly, there’s a huge difference between atmospheric visualizations like the one below that help us measure important causal mechanisms of climate change and what I’m proposing that helps us to understand the footprint of companies and the impacts (if any) of their mitigation strategies.]
